安倍首相は「日米関係はかけがえのない同盟関係として揺るぎないと確信」しておられる。日本人は「同盟関係があれば」グアンタナモを糾弾しない。しかしアメリカ人は「同盟関係があれば」こそ、普遍的人権感覚で意見を言うことをためらわない。なかった派も中国政府（あるいは金正日）の人権侵害を口にするが、その根拠に普遍的感覚が一切無いことがバレてしまうと説得力は皆無になる。

この指摘は非常に重要だと思います。この「普遍的人権感覚」の認識の有無は、安倍首相のみならず、日本人ひとりひとりに問われているのではないでしょうか？

米最高裁は、グアンタナモの捕虜の訴えを聞くようにとの高裁とは逆の判決を出したとのことです。
