■ ジョージ・ヨシナガ氏の意見はそもそもコモリ氏が発祥？ 
このところのコモリ氏の従軍慰安婦関連記事に関してpr3さんがとりあげ、さらにStiffmuscleさんが詳しい批判をしている。コモリ氏が米国の日系人メディア"Rafu Shimpo"に掲載されたジョージ・ヨシナガ氏のコラムを取り上げて、アメリカでもこんな意見がある、毅然たる態度、スバラシイ、と評価しているわけだが*1、関連する記事をながめていたらそもそもヨシナガ氏はコモリ氏の記事を参照にして、そうした意見を述べているのではないか、という可能性があるので以下にその記事を紹介する。
Well, it looks like the Congressman Mike Honda controversy isn’t going to disappear into the night air.
A number of responses have come from readers. One in the form of a Letter to the Editor to the Rafu in which the writer slammed me for my position on Honda.
However, I received a number of snails and e-mails who share my views on Honda.
One, who asked that I identify him only as “Dick from Whittier,” sent along a clipping from the Japanese section of the newspaper. The article was written by Komori Yoshihisa, a correspondent for the Sankei Shimbun of Tokyo.
The writer makes several allegations and if they are valid, I think Congressman Honda should respond to them to clear the air of the allegations.
Among the things that the correspondent wrote stated that a powerful secret Chinese group is backing the anti-committee of five. The committee’s headquarters is reported to be located in the 15th Congressional District in San Jose, the district Honda represents.
The allegation states that the committee says they have close ties with Honda and that is why he does their bidding.
Another allegation is that between the year 2000 and 2002, the founder of the committee (named Kiyashi Tsuahn) donated $5,000 to Honda’s campaign fund.
These are rather serious allegations and hopefully the Congressman will respond to refute these charges.

強調部分にあるように、少なくとも「マイクホンダは中国の工作員」という見方はコモリ氏の記事を参照にしてこのヨシナガ氏は触れている。すなわち、コモリ氏がくりかえし主張している「世界抗日戦争史実維護連合会が、マイク・ホンダ議員をコントロールし従軍慰安婦問題決議を出すように命令あるいは指示してきた」という説のこと。
こうした経緯を眺めていると、コモリ氏が自らの記事で、ヨシナガ氏の意見を称揚するのはマッチポンプというのかなんというのか、自分の記事をヨシナガ氏経由で間接的に崇めているだけかもしれない、とみえてくる。
なお、ヨシナガ氏を批判しているイグナシアス・ディン氏の方のことであるが、ウェブ上での活動をみてもセンセーショナルだが根拠があまりはっきりしない部分があるので*2私としてはその評価を保留する。

古森さんの続報を期待してたんですが、いきなり国連をダシにした小沢批判のエントリに変わってしまいました（これも相変わらずですが）。思い切り尻切れトンボで終わるのでしょうか？
それにしても、自分の意見に都合がよければ、ただのエッセイでも引用して「記者」にして事実っぽく装飾するあたりがなんともせこいな、と思います。ご自分の意見の方はむろんみるも無残というか、まわりからの批判を読めていないのでしょうね。
